Michele Blake 4-5 year old teacher
Michele grew up in Jenison, and has lived in Holland for 18 years. She attended Central Michigan University for Speech-Language Pathology and Early Childhood Education. Michele is a certified Speech Therapist. She has worked with preschoolers in both regular and special education settings and has taught at Cherry Lane since 2017. Outside of the preschool Michele loves to read and hike with her family which includes her 3 children. Michele's favorite thing about working with preschoolers is their enthusiasm for learning and how they explore the world around them.
Leslie Brigham 3-4 year old teacher
Leslie grew up in Kalamazoo but has lived in the Holland area for the past 23 years. She has a Business degree from the University of Michigan, but after discovering a passion to teach young children she decided to pursue a bachelor's degree in Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from WMU. She has been teaching at Cherry Lane since 2007. Leslie loves that Cherry Lane is a co-op Preschool, because it allows her to partner with the parents to make their child's first school experience a positive one. In her spare time she enjoys running and reading.
